After spending a long day in the air flying between 3 different countries, we arrived late to Hotel Jen Orchard Gateway to smiling faces and helpful staff, getting us checked into our room quickly and efficiently. We decided it was a night of rest and good food so we chose from the immensely satisfying room service menu. I couldn’t get enough of the incredible food and the luxurious comfort provided with our stay at Hotel Jen Orchard Gateway and decided to spend the rest of our evening admiring the city views from our room and planning our upcoming days exploring Singapore.
Hotel Jen Orchard Gateway is all about convenience and efficiency, seeing as it’s located within a shopping mall and a metro stop, it made it the perfect central location and the most efficient area to go out and explore Singapore from. Everything seemed to be just a stones throw away including the infamous Marina Bay Sands trees, Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, the Art and Science Museum, Chinatown and Little India. Walking around Singapore felt like we were on another planet at times. Everything was so clean, pristine, impeccable and just flat out impressive. From the architecture, to the food, to the shopping, to the art and everything in between, Singapore was a country I just couldn’t get enough of.
We spent our days exploring the interactive Art and Science Museum which was such a neat experience, especially the infinity light room. Getting lost within a sea of LED lights synced to music was such a magical experience and I could’ve stayed mesmerized in that room all day. We strolled through Chinatown and tried the delicious array of culinary delights and musical stylings of karaoke goers and Little India didn’t disappoint with it’s various markets for shopping and fabulous restaurants. One of my favorite places to visit was located at Marina Bay Sands with the Cloud Forest, Flower Dome, Trees and expansive shopping and dining mall.We felt like at every turn there was a new maze of a mall to peruse through and we loved every minute of it! The food was absolutely unreal and something that I miss daily.
While spending our days out exploring Singapore was truly an unforgettable experience, ti was so nice coming back to the beautiful Hotel Jen Orchard Gateway where we had happy hours full of delicious drinks and appetizers and watched the sunset over the towering city from the rooftop infinity pool. And my all time favorite part of the stay, was meeting the hotel robot, Jeno, who delivered bottles of water and toothbrushes when we needed! It was always such a delight to open the door to his cute robot noises to receive our deliveries. This hotel was so efficient in every way and the staff was truly amazing! The biggest selling point for me was the location. It couldn’t be beat and the fact that it came with it’s own metro stop, mall and dining options was truly fantastic and so convenient! I can’t wait to return to Hotel Jen Orchard Gateway one day very soon as I don’t believe my newfound love for Singapore is finished!
